Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 2523 platform via website or mobile browser or creating an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. 2523 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Notices of changes will be posted on the platform before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Important: Only individuals aged 18 or over may register an account and use the 2523 platform. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited and such accounts will be closed immediately upon identification.
Account Creation & Security
Providing accurate and complete information during account registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false information will be canceled during verification, and deposited funds may be forfeited. Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts identified under the same person will all be closed.
Keeping your account password and login details completely confidential is the user’s responsibility. Report immediately to support if unauthorized access is suspected. Sharing login information with others is prohibited.

- National ID card or passport may be required for identity verification before withdrawal.
- Transactions may be temporarily suspended after certain limits if verification is not completed.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
- Conducting normal betting and gaming activities in your own account.
- Deposit and withdraw using approved methods in BDT.
- Participate in legitimate platform promotions.
- Contact customer support for assistance.
- Attempts at fraud, cheating, or system hacking.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Misuse of Bonuses or Promotions.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user’s account.
Accounts involved in prohibited activities will be permanently closed and, if necessary, authorities will be notified. 2523 reserves the right to seize funds in such cases.
Payment, Transactions & Account Policies
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits should reflect instantly in your account balance, although occasional delays due to banking processes may occur.
Withdrawal requests usually take 1–3 business days. Processing may be delayed if account verification is incomplete. Certain conditions apply when withdrawing bonus winnings.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
2523 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice for any reason, especially for violations of Terms and Conditions. Inactive accounts (with no activity for over 6 months) may be temporarily suspended. Users may also request account closure themselves.
